No Refunds

All sales of our courses, study materials, practice tests, and other educational services are final. IELTS 9 Bands maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, you will not be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or credit under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction with the course material after purchase.
• Failure to complete or access the course or materials.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests only in exceptional cases, such as:

• A duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
• A verifiable error on our part in processing your transaction.

In such cases, please contact us at support@ielts9bands.com within 7 days of the payment date for assistance. Any refund granted will be at our sole discretion and may be subject to processing fees.
In such cases we will process the refund in 7-8 days
